Trioworld Present at FachPack 2019

We are proud to present exciting new features at this year’s FachPack on September 24-26 in Nurnberg, Germany. We’re introducing our newest High Performance smart thin stretch film and our recently developed CastPP low seal material for food packaging.
Today’s keyword is sustainability, both in the market for stretch film as in food packaging film. Over the years, Trioworld has produced various new and innovative stretch films, which we develop in our own R&D department in Apeldoorn. This year, we’re adding a smart thin stretch film to our product range.

This High Performance smart thin film consists of an exceptionally high level of stretch. Nonetheless, it’s tear resistance is so high the film won’t break during the pallet wrapping process, even around sometimes tricky sharp edges. It’s ideal for anyone interested in a smooth production process!
As it’s been specifically designed for the snacks, cardboard, insulation, consumer tissue/personal care and bakery segments, it’s especially suited for pressure-sensitive loads. Overall, our smart thin stretch film means less damage, a smooth production process, stable pallets and less usage of stretch film.

Furthermore, we’re introducing a new development in food packaging: CastPP low seal (mono material). New sustainable products are in high demand at Trioworld, and this material exactly fits the bill. Different from most laminates, this product is made from BOPP// CastPP, which makes it perfect for recycling since there is single use of PP. Due to its very low sealing temperature it substitutes PET//PE structures, giving you the opportunity to help recyclability!
