Privacy statement

This privacy statement applies to personal data that Trioworld B.V. (Trioworld) processes of (employees of) its (potential) customers, including via the ERP and CRM system. Through this privacy statement Trioworld informs you about what happens to the data.

Purposes of processing personal data
Limited personal data (name and business address) are processed by Trioworld in order to inform and invoice (potential) customers. We process this data for the mentioned purposes.

Type of data being processed
Personal data that we process of (employees of) (potential) customers are name and business address.

Marketing activities
In the context of its marketing activities, Trioworld maintains general visitor data of its website visitors. In this context, in particular the IP address of your computer, the time of retrieval and data that the browser of a visitor sends, can be registered and used for statistical analyzes of visiting and clicking behavior on the website. Data are anonymised as much as possible.

Cookies
Trioworld only uses technical, functional and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferences. We can also optimize our website with this. Security level
Trioworld protects the entrusted by using appropriate technical and organizational measures. For example:
- All data traffic regarding the website is encrypted by means of SSL
- Servers are in secure areas and access to the systems and backups only through authorization by Trioworld.
Trioworld Will only provide the personal data to third parties if and insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or to comply with a legal obligation.

Rights of data subjects
If we process your personal data, you can submit a request by e-mail (see below) to view your personal data. You can also request a rectification of your data, to clear your data or to limit the processing. You can also object to the processing and you have the right to data portability. Finally, you can submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority about the processing of your personal data.

Retention periods
Trioworld does not process and store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Trioworld adheres to the legally prescribed retention periods and, as a rule, saves personal data no longer than two years after the last contact with a (potential) customer. Afterwards the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible.
