Pro-Ex 3050

OPA//PE Transparent Flow-pack Film

Pro-Ex 3050 is a standard OPA/PE transparent laminate that can be processed at high line speeds. The OPA layer creates an improved barrier. The printing on the intermediate layer gives your product the desired appearance and protects the ink. This laminate is often used as flow-pack film, for example for dried bread or pet food in pillow packs or for block bag packaging. Thinner film, higher line speed and leak-proof packaging, which reduces rejects and consequently optimises the packaging process. If desired, the film can be printed in 8 colour HD Flexo (mirror image or printing).

Different thickness combinations are available for a wide range of applications. Furthermore the laminate is available in a white PE version.

Pro-Ex 3050 complies with all food safety requirements. Trioworld Apeldoorn is BRC as well as ISO certified.
