Pro-Ex 5050

PE//PE Transparent Flow-pack Film

Pro-Ex 5050 is a standard PE/PE laminate that can be processed at high line speeds. The special composition of PE films provide high puncture resistance and tear strength, resulting in fewer rejects. The printing on the intermediate layer gives your product the desired appearance and protects the ink. This laminate is often used as flow-pack film, in particular for various deep-freeze products such as snacks, French fries, shrimp and fish. Thinner film, higher line speed and leak-proof packaging, which reduces rejects and consequently optimises the packaging process. If desired, the film can be printed in 8 colour HD Flexo (mirror image or printing).

Different thickness combinations are available for a wide range of applications. Furthermore the laminate is available in a white PE version.

Pro-Ex 5050 complies with all food safety requirements. Trioworld Apeldoorn is BRC as well as ISO certified.
