Laminate and Save with Resinex 240

Resinex 240 is a high performance transparent PP laminating film. The film’s special PP seal side provides the laminate with effective seal initiation and is sterilisable. Due to its large seal range, the film is easy to process and makes it easier for machine operators to determine the right machine settings.

This film is suited for use in VFFS, as well as HFFS packaging processes and can also be used as lidding film.

The high-quality formulation makes it possible to reduce the film’s thickness resulting in savings on materials. Even when its thickness is reduced, the film still provides sufficient body and rigidity to the laminate. Excellent stability under variable temperatures.

In addition to Resinex 240, Trioworld also has an opaque white laminating film in its product range (Resinex 243), as well as a transparent laminating film with a low Seal Initiation Temperature (Resinex 242). Resinex 243 and 242 are not sterilisable, however.

Resinex 240 complies with all food safety requirements. Trioworld Apeldoorn is BRC as well as ISO certified. This film has facilitated a large number of process improvements in the food industry and has contributed to improved efficiency and cost savings.
