Resinex 427

Fewer Punctures of Deep-freeze Products

Resinex 427 is a high performance blue transparent PE film primarily for use in VFFS processes. The blue transparent colouring makes film residues visible and thus complies with the strict requirements imposed on an HACCP environment. Its metallocene PE seal side gives the film excellent seal initiation and hot-tack. The film is extremely cold-resistant and as such perfectly suited for deep-freeze products.

The high-quality formulation makes it possible to reduce the film’s thickness resulting in savings on materials. Even when its thickness is reduced, the film still provides sufficient body and rigidity. The high puncture resistance reduces the probability of punctures significantly, which results in a decrease in the rejection rate and the number of consumer complaints.

In addition to Resinex 427, Trioworld also has a transparent film in its product range (Resinex 425), as well as a white opaque film (Resinex 426).

Resinex 427 complies with all food safety requirements. Trioworld Apeldoorn is BRC as well as ISO certified. This film has facilitated a large number of process improvements in the food industry and has contributed to improved efficiency and cost savings.
