Strong and lightweight materials such as SRPP (Self-Reinforced-PolyPropylene) and natural fibres are taking off in many areas of application: construction, automotive and storage systems. The desired appearance and/or durability of these materials often limit their applicability. With our PP films Trioworld offers you the desired freedom of design. For example, with the Novimex 864 multi-layer film you can give your (composite) materials the desired colour, gloss and texture. The Novimex 8064 is the solution if you want the right scratch resistance.
Together with the SRPP or natural fibre fabric, the film forms a strong and lightweight composite that can be formed in any desired geometry using compression moulding. The Novimex film that is formed along with it provides the right look and feel for your end product. In addition, the film, possibly applied in multiple layers between the fabrics, also provides the right seal against, for example, moisture.
