Resinex 260
Resinex 260 is a high performance opaque white peelable PP laminating film. The film’s special PP seal side provides the laminate with effective seal initiation and is peelable. The special, liquid seal layer prevents channel formation and ensures the packaging is leak-free. This prevents leaks caused by small creases or contamination in the sealed area.

Due to its large seal range, the film is easy to process and makes it easier for machine operators to determine the right machine settings. The peeling force can be precisely adjusted through means of the sealing temperature.
This film is suited for use in VFFS, as well as HFFS (Klappack packaging machines) packaging processes and can also be used as lidding film. The high-quality formulation makes it possible to reduce the film’s thickness resulting in savings on materials. Even when its thickness is reduced, the film still provides sufficient body and rigidity to the laminate.
In addition to Resinex 260, Trioworld also has a transparent peelable laminating film in its product range: Resinex 259.
Resinex 260 complies with all food safety requirements. Trioworld Apeldoorn is BRC as well as ISO certified. This film has facilitated a large number of process improvements in the food industry and has contributed to improved efficiency and cost savings.
