Salary and allowances
At Trioworld, employees have a Personal employability Budget of €1,394 which they can spend on their development and health and therefore contribute to their own sustainable employability.
Training
The possibility for employees to develop is vitally important to Trioworld, which is why it offers internal and external training courses. The VAPRO training is given internally to all Operators in production to update their knowledge. Internal First Aid training courses are also offered. Employees may also do external training courses which contribute to their development within Trioworld. This can be financed through the Personal Employability Budget.
