Extrusion

Our department is in production and produces Load Security Film for pallets. This is also the biggest department at Trioworld and works with shifts. Each shift has its own Team Leader and Operators. We work with a 5-shift rota because production runs 24/7. Even during the night, employees are producing our films.

What I particularly like about my work at Trioworld is that it involves faults, or rather preventing faults.

Finding out everything about a process and how the technology behind it works is my passion and gives me satisfaction at the end of my shift. That is also why I want to develop myself to become a technical operator. Working with different departments like the Quality department, Technical department or other shifts is very educational and brings a nice atmosphere to the work floor. Trioworld offers employees the opportunity to develop themselves. It also has good terms of employment.
