HR Department

Human Resources (HR): our department coordinates personnel policy for the company and provides support to the managers on HR policy. Besides recruitment & selection of new Trioworld employees, we provide support with respect to sustainable employability, incapacity for work and issues relating to labour law and social legislation. We also coordinate all the training and education courses. Our team consists of four colleagues. The HR manager, the HR advisor, the HR assistant and a salary administrator. We regularly have an intern in our department.
